From Our President, Shawn Whitlock Dear Members, Greetings! It is with great enthusiasm that I assume the role of President at Collin County Black Chamber of Commerce. I am honored to have the opportunity to lead and serve alongside the dedicated members and stakeholders who make our Chamber a cornerstone of our community's growth and prosperity. As I step into this leadership role, I bring with me a deep commitment to realizing our shared vision for the future. I am guided by a strong belief in the power of effective leadership and management to drive positive change.
